Concert Underwriters

Valaree and Bob Wahler helped the Center give a very special thank you to Candlelight Concert 2009 underwriters by opening their home for a beautiful pre-event reception. Center President Terry Dwyer and Candlelight Co-Chairs Marta Bhathal and Liz Merage thanked the Wahlers and the underwriters for their loyal and generous support of the Center and Candlelight Concert, which raised nearly $1 million in support of the Center's artistic and education programs. Janis Agopian received applause for her success in assembling a beautiful selection of opportunity prizes. Donations and contributions together with the proceeds from such events as Candlelight Concert, help bridge the difference between ticket sales and other earned income and the Center's annual operating budget.
